In the late 1950's Teddy left England to go to work in Kenya. He left behind him a sick wife and a young baby daughter.

Eventually Teddy's wife joined him in Kenya.

In the early 1970s Teddy's wife returned alone to the UK with their three children despite her having a long term history of being ill.

Unfortunately and predictably Teddy's wife became ill and the children were seperated and sent to live with their grandparents.

Despite the illness of his wife it was not until his father spoke to him that he decided to come back to the UK to look after his children and help his wife.
